Hello, I’m Rebecca,

I have worked for many years across disability and mental health settings, and I love working with children, youth, and families to help increase understand of themselves and others. I am passionate about providing support that makes a difference to people’s daily life and functioning and use a holistic based approach to my practice.

Interventions

I have extensive experience working with adults, young people and children with neurodiversity. I have worked in disability support, early childhood interventions and mental health services. Areas that I am particularly passionate about include assisting people with emotional regulation and self-regulation, sensory assessment and intervention and working with others to help understand and improve interoception (being able to read and understand body signals).

I also have experience and knowledge in working on continence, sleeping and self-care; along with improving fine motor and handwriting difficulties. I have many years of experience working with children with complex needs and history of complex trauma. I enjoy working in collaboration with other services to ensure the best outcomes for participants and clients.
