Hello, I’m Sabrina,
I’m a Clinical Psychologist. I work with people of all ages with various needs, offering my skills in Mental Health and sharing my interests in attachment, developing Self and Personality, psychological assessments, and relationships across their lifespan.
With well over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist, Sabrina has trained in a variety of approaches and utilises an integrative framework to guide her collaboration with her clients that is both evidence-informed and person-centred.
Sabrina values co-creating a safe, reflective space with her clients that is defined by Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity & Empathy, to explore and form new and adaptive meaning of their significant experiences.
Sabrina appreciates being able to support her clients to be empowered & effective in their journey towards the change they seek to achieve in their lives, while also journeying inward to cultivate keener Self awareness, and thus, develop a fuller and more fulfilled sense of Self.
Sabrina is also a Board approved Clinical Registrar Program principal supervisor.
