Two Parent Workshop- Early Bird Price

This workshop will assist parents and carers to understand how emotions develop across childhood into teens; will provide practical in-the-moment strategies to assist children when they are emotionally overwhelmed or shutdown; will help children develop positive emotional regulation skills whilst keeping the parent-child relationship secure.
